Summary

This new version includes UI improvements which help tiling
window-managers such as i3 by setting transient mode to have the dialog
floating. Minor bug fixes included for other areas.

Fallback to pinentry-curses has been explicitely set in the case of no X
display.

Test Plan

Verify that pinentry works for signing. To test multiple pinentry methods,
setting ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf with the option:
pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-<name>

Disable GNOME 3, stick with GTK2. It's been known to cause issues with Budgie + GDM and even GNOME + GDM, to the point where I stopped doing GPG signing altogether. I explained this to you on IRC.
