Fix pspec

You will need to explain why this exists? It was rebuilt just recently and it is entirely python...i.e rebuilding it does absolutely nothing.

The only possible thing is that release 19 should be pushed to stable.

Didn't notice that it was pushed. qutebrowser currently doesn't work on stable.
