Event Timeline

Contains a multitude of backwards-incompatible API changes. Should validate with @EP01 to determine that spyder and spyder3 are still functional.

Thanks for the consultation @JoshStrobl and apologies for the slow response and lack of activity over the past few weeks. Very busy at work, got back-to-back major releases going out. I'll be back to packaging soon!

@kyrios123 I can't see any obvious issues with spyder or spyder3 after installing pandas 0.23.0. There's at least one minor display issue on their Github tracker (e.g. https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/issues/7179, which may be Windows specific anyway) but nothing that I can see that would block an update.
