Event Timeline

I installed this to make some more tests on D2774 as requested by @JoshStrobl
Since it was outdated, I decided to update the package and its dependencies.
Tbf, I did not follow the instructions regarding the dependencies (instructions on the package's readme file and on the website differs anyway).
For exemple, I haven't set python3-devel as rundep and the package seems to be working fine.
I am pretty confident this package works fine, I propose to push it like this (anyway if a missing dependency should be reported, it can be added later).
