Summary

Bugfixes:

Linking paths for some operation systems
Correctly clickable links in PDF
Color hints in timer
Disable wayland scaling workaround by default
Hide video if used with beamer notes

Switched from cmake to ninja and removed not needed prefixes I added in the first time
