R1543:06210df33c20: Update keepassXC to 2.3.0

Summary

This release added support for KDBX 4.0, Argon2 and ChaCha20
Add KeePassXC-Browser API as a replacement for KeePassHTTP (do not forget to replace your browser addon if you use this functionnality)

Test Plan

Install KeepPassXC, import .kbdx database
Go in Tools -> Settings -> Browser Integration, Enable integration with installed browsers (i.e: Firefox)
Open Browser (i.e: Firefox)
- uninstall KeePassHttp-Connector
- install KeePassXC-Browser
In the KeePassXC-Browser settings, connect to KeepassXC database
Open a site, check the credentials are filled in and authentication works.
