T4012 - Add rundep to package and make sure testing works from being able to run a rom and make sure settings are configurable from a user standpoint.

M64Py - A frontend for Mupen64Plus version 0.2.4

Frontend: INFO: ScreenSaver not available: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.freedesktop.ScreenSaver was not provided by any .service files

Ran into this issue, tracking now
seems to be related to https://github.com/mupen64plus/mupen64plus-ui-python/issues/91
