Summary

Update fluidsynth to 1.1.10 which includes bug fixes and new features such as the ability to now enable fluidsynth to be set up as a systemd user service. Changelog is available here

Test Plan

Tested version command, help command, and playing a midi music file command found on the getting started page.

Outdated the latest release is 1.1.10
Could you also clean up your summary, we like to have a summary not an entire changelog :D
