  • Build and install the manfile with python-sphinx
  • Add python-pycountry to buildeps to satisfy building with sphinx
  • Add python-pysocks and python-websocket-client to rundeps for SOCKS support

Needs pycrypto as a builddep due to ImportError: No module named 'Crypto'

pycrypto is not a necessary build dep. Without it the man page is still generated.
That being said, I can still add it if you reallyy want me to.
