Maybe this should wait until qt 5.8 gets put into repos

According to mailing lists this supports Qt 5.9
https://www.riverbankcomputing.com/pipermail/pyqt/2017-June/039266.html

Once Qt 5.9.1 is released they will release pyqt 5.9
