Summary

Release notes available here.
An important point to note is that Python 2.7 numpy will only be receiving new features this year; in the last release of the year a new legacy package will be created for LTS of Python 2.7 numpy.

Test Plan

Tested with various packages, including, but not limited to, spyder, spyder3, matplotlib, scipy, scikit-learn, and python-pandas.
