Initial commit of zanshin. This resolves T3007

Test Plan
  • Operations with items (tasks): add, move and remove, filter, mark as done and promote to project -> ok
  • Add a google account as resource -> ok
  • Change pannels, configure toolbar -> ok
  • No crashes experienced during the testing
