R3400:6f3ca1170b2b: Update Kid3 to v3.5.1
Summary

This bugfix release fixes a crash with DSF files having sample rates other than 2822400 or 5644800 Hz. It also brings a few usability improvements.

Test Plan

I edited some files and everything worked as expected.
