Summary

Reorder some fields package fields to match the default template
Alphabetize build dependencies and remove inherited ones
Fix a symbolic link
Fix a few parameters
Switch from deprecated meson macros to ninja macros
Patch for newer meson: -Ddebug is now a built-in meson option

Test Plan

Install on a VM
reboot to make sure the system still boot fine
check symbolic link /lib/udev/udevd -> /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-udevd
