Summary

Update jansson to 2.10 .

Patches removed : 
  - 1. CVE-2016-4425 impacted version 2.7 and earlier 
  - 2. The error messages for overflowing numbers 
       when JSON_DECODE_INT_AS_REAL was solved in 2.8 .
