Packaging Changes:

  • Disable static libs
  • Install man pages
  • Add missing licences: MPL-2.0 and LGPL-2.1

Test Plan

Tested chromium, discord and mailspring. There appears to be no problems with connecting to secure sites
Rebuild xmlsec1 against this.
