Update epiphany to 43.1, and rename package to gnome-web.

Add 'replace' section to package.yml

Delete unused deps, and update mainteiners

Delete unused dep

Remove rundeps

Update gnome-web to 44.3

Update gnome-web to 44.3 without eopkg :)

No. 44.5 is the absolute latest stable version. There maybe some other point release coming up for the 44 series. I only threw this in since I was already on top of the gnome stack. https://download.gnome.org/sources/epiphany/44/ as you can see 44.5 is the current stable point release.
