  • KMS is needed for any wayland session
  • GDM udev rules require the new PM bits to be enabled
  • Dynamic Boost should allow for better performance on laptop ASICS.

Test Plan

Install, reboot. Verify that GDM wayland and the GNOME Wayland session works.

With this patch (and the xorg-server one) I'm able to boot to gdm and successfully launch a Budgie session from there 🎉
