Summary

Update dfu-programmer to 1.0.0

Changes:

  • Changed source to github
  • Experimental support for ST cortex M4
  • Add --validate-first and --ignore-outside options to the flash command
  • Disabled progress bar when not using a tty
  • Remove libusb0 support, now using libusb1 only
