Packaging Changes

• Promote to system.base as clr-boot-manager depends on it now.
• Disable man docs as it wants BSD's mandoc which we don't have packaged and the source for that is down

Packager's Note

• Backported about 5 patches to v38 before giving up and building from git main

Build efibootmgr and clr-boot-manager against this, run clr-boot-manager update, efibootmgr and reboot.
