Summary

Add the xpad-noone driver to improve compatibility with older xbox gamepads. Fixes T10447

Test Plan
  • Unplug the dongle and install xone. Run sudo xone-get-firmware.sh to install proprietary firmware.
  • Plug in the xbox dongle and pair an xbox controller.
  • Launch an application (such as dolphin) and make sure the controller works.
  • Plug in an xbox 360 gamepad. Make sure it also works.

LGTM, thanks! Seems like a nice QoL change for gamepad users.
