- R2046:fb0840fb58f2: update mate-tweak to 17.10.15
Tested on my personal PC:
- Solus panel layout is recognizable in mate-tweak
- mate-tweak changes panel layouts successfully (needs global menu patch at mate-desktop which is already included)
- Selecting compton works even after logout and login (I was the one who did the Pull Request to fix this issue in the upstream project a few months ago)

It has many improvements
Some of these should be listed then.
Solus panel layout recognition has been included upstream
It also fixes compton startup, fixes <T3611>
The < and > aren't needed and you should use Markdown lists.
Also, development has moved from bitbucket to github
mate-tweak 18.04 has been released too, but I'm not sure about its stability, so probably we should wait for a few point releases.
Neither of these need to be mentioned.
