Summary

Update to release 1293. Changelog here.
Also removed the SDL2 patch - let me know if this is an issue.

Depends on D13742.

Test Plan
  • Launch Yuzu
  • Tweak settings and make sure they stick
  • Launch a game and make sure things run. Preferably test with a controller.

Removal of the SDL patch is fine. It was just there to fix a weird build issue with the previous version.
