Changelogs:

    • Implement defaults for SPV_EXT_mesh_shader builtins.
  • 2022.2:
    • Support 16bit types in HLSL, via glslc option -fhlsl-16bit-types and associated library API methods.
Test Plan
  1. Rebuilt libplacebo and mpv against this version.
  2. Built warzone2100 4.3.1 and taisei using this version (they both use glslc only during build).
