Changelog

This version of nvidia-container-toolkit now contains and replaces nvidia-container-runtime.

Test Plan

Run command docker run --rm --gpus all nvidia/cuda:11.0-base nvidia-smi successfully.

To reviewers: Upon update of this package, nvidia-container-runtime should be deprecated, since the upstream has merged that package into the nvidia-container-toolkit package.
