Packaging note: Switch to CMake as it has now become the recommended build system.

Successfully linked various small C programs that I wrote and larger programs like Krita, b3sum, and solbuild.

Just some minor nitpicks, otherwise looks good to me (if you want I can change that on my system and simply amend the commit)
