Summary

There are numerous new features from 0.18 to 0.20, including improved support for Verific, verification, new commands and options.

Test Plan

passed all cases in the check step;
install, run example in examples/osu035 with make, see result file example.edif.
run example in examples/python-api, check if it produces a plot.

Let's take this opportunity while updating this package, to fix some little things in package.yml file.
Otherwise LGTM.

10	Could you please, update the description by removing 80 character limit.
17	Please reorder the builddeps. pkgconfigs first, then the others. The order should be 0-9, A-Z and a-z.
