Summary

- Hotfix release that fixes building with libgsasl
1.8.21
- New configuration command 'eval'
- A Message-ID header is now generated if none is present in the mail
- The optional msmtpd service now adds a Received header
- A few minor problems were corrected

- Adds the configuration command 'allow_from_override'
