Summary

Packaging changes:

  • Added pkgconfig(wayland-protocols), as it's required for compilation now.
  • Removed unneeded compilation flag.
  • Removed unused patch.

Depends on D13289.

Test Plan

Played H264 and AV1 videos in VLC.
