Is it good ?

It's needs to be based off the tip of git. ocaml will always need a rebuild after a binutils update, which happened between when you built it and it was going to be landed. This means that for a patch to apply it needs to start from where git was at release 5 (as if you recloned git and updated the package).

Binutils has just been updated again, so I have updated ocaml to 4.06.1 as part of the rebuild https://dev.solus-project.com/R2215:99a5f6389c8d2935549cc81102d541aceb5cc5f5
