Easy to miss, but:

This is a hotfix release to fix a UPnP regression on Windows.
Other platforms are *not* affected by this release and can stay
on 3.0.17.3

Unless you also wanted to fix something else with this patch too? (I just saw that you also added wayland-protocols as a build dep)

No. Just a plain update.

The wayland-protocols part is a mystery. It bails during dependency checking without it, but it doesn't show up in used_symbols
