7	I actually think Reilly did use the correct form here, see https://spdx.org/licenses/exceptions-index.html Only the old identifier `GPL-2.0-with-classpath-exception` is deprecated.

7	As @Staudey stated this is the correct license form. Using license modifiers (`WITH`) with exceptions is how SPDX wants you to do license identifiers now.
