One minor thing: Could you please remove the last changelog item since it only concerns Windows? I also don't think it's necessary to link to the "full" changelog, since you already have all changelog lines in your summary (minus the github issue numbers of course). I'll leave it up to you though whether you want to keep the link anyway.
