The only user of curl-gnutls is atom, but it doesn't link against it anymore : D3738#change-2YCBuvag6hgp. Also, its README doesn't list anything specific about a GnuTLS version of curl. And finally, I installed atom with --ignore-dependency and it ran fine. Are you sure curl-gnutls is still a thing?

The reason we have curl-gnutls is steam.

OH right, I only checked the 64-bit flavor.
