Summary

This will unblock the update of mutagen to latest version and other packages that depends on it.

Packager notes:

  • None of existing packages are using python2 bindings from libgpod.
  • Clean builddeps and rundeps.
  • Update description.

Test Plan

Rebuild strawberry to be sure if it was using py2 bindings of libgpod.
