- Deleted encrypted files don't show up as locally changed in web UI
Enhancements
- Send TLS SNI to relay server
- Provide a way to preset GUI credentials with password hashing

Tested with syncthing-gtk
Added some files to existing share. Checked that they synced to remote endpoints
Checked that webui was working
