Summarized Changelog

• Header anchors no longer include any HTML tags. Previously only a small subset were excluded.
• Deprecated the google-analytics option. Books using this option should place the appropriate code in the theme/head.hbs file instead.
• Updated the markdown parser which brings in a few small fixes and removes the custom smart quote handling.
