This update adds more coverage of Unicode, ships even more fonts for greater internationalization support, delivers the NotoSerif fonts plus emojis get Unicode 14.0 support.

Packaging changes:

• Ship all the fonts that are prefixed with Noto (51 MBs for the eopkg).
• Split new noto-serif-ttf subpackage for NotoSerif fonts (27 MBs for the eopkg).
