I don't know why this doesn't work from the package.yml but all checks are successful from a manual run.

configure: WARNING: libcap-ng library not found; not building setpriv
setpriv looks like an interesting feature.

I'd rather not until after the sync. We're still reeling from the last util-linux update, and we can't install ISOs anymore

Accepted pending a test ISO to test a FDE installation and boot test post merging util-linux into unstable to ensure no regressions there.

Test iso looks OK with FDE and util-linux 2.32
