Summary

Changelog:

Bugfixes:
- Do not print OTP progress bar if not in terminal
- Don't prompt to retype password unnecessarily
- Fix AutoClip handling on generate
- The field 'parsing' is now honored with legacy config pre v1.12.7
- Use default git branch on setup
Enhancement: Move password prompts to stderr
Feature: Add capitalized words to memorable passwords
UX: Use new progress bar for OTP expiry time
