Update freecell-solver to 6.6.0
Changes:
- Ignore the FCS_SINGLE_HARD_THREAD and FCS_DISABLE_MULTI_NEXT_INSTS options while removing complexity from the source code
- Better rinutils bootstrap shim
- Silence some compiler warnings
