Summary

Initial commit of the pipewire-media-session. This is intended as a temporary package to ease the eventual transition to wireplumber.

Test Plan

Installed alongside matching PipeWire release and verified that media-session audio inputs/outputs were still working as they were in PipeWire 0.3.38

I completely disagree about shipping this as a temporary package, instead I'd either build it under the pipewire package or provide wireplumber (although it looks like it's not ready yet).

I don't really see the point in packaging this when:

It's planned to be deprecated
It would only affect those that have explicitly opted to use pipewire.
