Updates seafile-client to the latest version 8.0.4. Depends on D11995.

Test Plan

Installed seafile and seafile-client 8.0.4 and successfully synced a library.

I missed a lot of updated because they don't update the latest release on Github. I'll try to pay more attention in the future and update in time.

I am experiencing some crashes. I will investigate and update.

I added a patch to fix the segfault. I also submitted a pull request to fix the issue upstream.

Not sure on what the policy on patching issues like this is, but I'm also happy to wait until the problem is fixed in the source if that's what you prefer.
