Summary

Initial commit of phpmyadmin, fixes T1775.

Test Plan

Used it with httpd from repos, created databases and tables, copied entries... works fine.

I'm still a bit unsure about the packaging:

  • Should we use phpmyadmin or phpMyAdmin?
  • Are the chosen folders okay?
  • What about the handling of the config file? Is an initial installation and not overwriting it with updates okay?

Maybe we should create a help entry afterwards?

Enlighten me!

Should be doing install calls rather than mkdir.
