I haven't found any CVE reference in the changelog

There are ABI breaks. I need to see more testing on this (ie. every reverse dep rebuilt and run).

The texlive snapshot currently used fails to build against ghostscript 9.22 & 9.23. I guess we'll have to wait for the next texlive snapshot to land in the repository for updating ghostscript.
