Summary

Ulauncher is a fast application launcher for Linux. It's is written in Python, using GTK+.
This is a good alternative to albert.

Resolves T6265

Test Plan

Launch different softwares using this ulauncher.
Use shortcuts:
- g to search google.
- wiki to search wikipedia.
Install different extensions like:
- Process Murderer to kill different processes.
- Github to search gists and repos. This requires the installation of python-pygithub.
