Summary

Update nvidia-developer-driver to 470.57.02

Switch the Vulkan Developer Driver to the current Production Branch release.
The Developer Driver hasn't seen an update in quite some time and the Production Branch now supports everything the Developer Driver supports (and more), while being compatible with new kernel versions.

Changelog available here
Some of the mentioned Vulkan extensions were already included.

Test Plan

Rebooted, launched Steam and played the free games "b" and "Floating Point"
