Summary

Changelogs available here.

Packaging changes:

Switched GUI to Qt5, as it has become the primary GUI starting with 2.4.0 release. While GTK interface is still available, it's not maintained and is set to be completely removed with 3.0.0 release.
Enabled Lua scripting.
Enabled UPnP support for ease of network configuration.

Test Plan

Connected to public DC++ hub and viewed some shares.
