Ah crud should've checked on it. I do think it's a good idea to include the mGBA update in the summary, especially since we aren't exactly detailing new features ourselves. I was just going through and updating packages I maintain/have submitted updates for in the past so I didn't check. Also don't know how to delete the revision so sorry in advance to any reviewers seeing two identical Dolphin updates.

@Phantop: I've just included a link to the mGBA blog post in my diff after your suggestion. Btw if you want to be maintainer of dolphin-emu that's fine with me. I only use it occasionally and simply happened to see the Progress Report blog posts earlier the last two times :)

Ehh considering I put off updating anything I've updated before since December I'll pass. Just gonna remember to check if anyone does it before myself next time.
