T9762: Budgie CpuTemp Applet

Summary

I've created a new applet to monitor CPU temp from a panel in Budige. It iterates on temperature sensors available under /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon*, one of which needs to be selected in the applet settings.

Resolves T9762

Test Plan

Install, change to each sensor, see temp output from applet.

The applet hasn't been accepted for inclusion yet. You're kinda supposed to wait for that to happen before submitting a diff. ?

My bad! Didn't mean to do things out of order, I just already had it packaged for testing on my end so I submitted it along with the request. I'll hold off next time.

No worries! It seems like good work, though, so there's that. ?
